Legacy products
Over the last 28 years, Cashmaster have continuously developed their product line, providing their customers with innovative solutions by adopting new technology, manufacturing methods and system design
The time line below illustrates Cashmaster’s heritage in cash counting machine design by representing snapshot of key products.
Cashmaster 201
The 201 replaced the former all plastic 200 machines in 1991. Manufactured in aluminium, they soon became very popular and were adopted by the NatWest Bank after a long tender process that resulted in the biggest single order ever for this technology.
Cashmaster Bulk Coin Counter
This high capacity unit was available in two versions and two capacities. It was designed for cash centre operation to count bulk coin and bulk notes (loose or packaged). The product was launched in 1994 and went out of production in 2004. Customers for the unit included NatWest Bank, Abbey National Bank and HSBC.
Cashmaster 109
The 109 was the forerunner of the Omega machines and was popular with its characteristic wedge shape. Ease of service and a custom display also made it a very simple machine to operate. Development began in 1994 and they were replaced by the Omega machines in 1999.
Cashmaster TR303
The TR303 was built on the progress of the 301 and 302 machines with the introduction of text sensitive help and fast action keys demanded by cashiers in the back office. The TR range was ultimately bought by some of the UK’s largest retail chains, including Tesco, ASDA, Sainsburys, Somerfield, Marks & Spencer and Woolworths.
