COVID-19 Important information for customers

Due to the global impact of COVID-19, and as a result of the compulsory regulations announced by the UK and Scottish Government, we, like many other businesses, must temporarily close the Cashmaster factory and offices in Dalgety Bay and our office in Germany from 1700 today, Friday 27 March 2020.

Prior to today’s temporary closure, we have processed and dispatched all customer orders.

We very much hope to re-open our production facility and offices on 14 April 2020 and we will update you with any alteration of this plan as the situation unfolds and Government guidance develops.

Please note that we are still available, albeit remotely, to support you throughout the current situation. Members of our customer support team will continue to be available to answer any product queries as well as provide technical support that you may require.
