A Message from Cashmaster Chief Executive, Gordon McKie

Firstly, on behalf of everybody here at Cashmaster, I’d like to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas!

2022 has been a busy year for Cashmaster, as we finally recovered from the challenges of Covid and Increased operation in territories that had been effectively locked down for nearly two years. However, the point of full recovery from the legacy of Covid has not yet been felt in all markets, and we must be patient as they progress safely and confidently.

In the last 12 months, we’ve also adopted a much more direct business model in our biggest market, namely North America, where we have successfully grown our sales pipeline alongside a much more customer centric approach. That has also entailed investment in our infrastructure to support that approach, while guaranteeing that Cashmaster support is unparalleled, building relationships as a long-term solutions partner globally.

These customers and new prospects are now dealing directly with our capable team which includes, for the first time, our experienced product, and technical colleagues. We also enjoyed meeting so many customers at various events and in-person meetings – quite the change from the last three years, and one I hope you have welcomed!

Our focus and commitment to ensure Cashmaster One remains the best product of its kind has continued in 2022 with the launch of several new market-leading features which further broaden the functionality of the range. Specifically, we’ve introduced exciting new loss prevention features which include our unique "over/shorts" report, a feature that provides increased visibility of your in-store discrepancies at the touch of a button - analyzed by employee ID and by specific cash register. With Cashmaster One being ‘future proofed’ for new features, our new software has been quickly deployed by many of our customers, who are grateful for this added functionality!

I am delighted with the results which our global teams have delivered, and thank each of them for their hard work, and commitment.
